Delivery times are estimates only — couriers, customs, and external events are outside our control.

Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk and responsibility pass to you.

Everything you see on Intimelly — our branding, visuals, copy, designs, product descriptions, imagery, and layout — belongs to Intimelly or our partners.

  • no derivative works

All trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners, including Shopify’s.

Use them only if you agree with their terms, and do so at your own discretion.

New features may appear in the future — and they will also fall under these Terms.

We are not responsible for:

  • their accuracy

  • their policies

  • your experience with them

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Intimelly runs on Shopify.
Shopify powers our store, but your purchases are handled directly with Intimelly, not Shopify.

By using our Services, you release Shopify from any claims related to your purchases.

Your privacy matters deeply to us.

All personal information you share with Intimelly is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Because Shopify hosts our store, your data may be processed internationally in order to provide the Services.

  • anything you submit (reviews, ideas, suggestions, etc.) may be used by us

  • we are not obligated to respond or compensate you
